Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 29 April 2026
Nexuspoint Consultant is committed to making this website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement explains the standard we follow, what currently works, what does not, and how to ask us to fix something.
Our commitment
We treat accessibility as a baseline, not a feature. We design, build, and review the site with the principles of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (Sections 40 and 46) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 in mind.
Standard we follow
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across all public pages. We test against this standard at every release using automated tools, manual keyboard testing, and screen-reader spot-checks.
What is accessible
- Every page can be navigated using a keyboard alone.
- Focus is visible on every interactive element with a high-contrast outline.
- Headings are used in order so screen readers can build a clear page outline.
- Form fields have labels, required-field markers, and inline error messages.
- Decorative images and icons are hidden from assistive technology.
- Functional images include alternative text.
- The mobile menu traps focus, closes on Escape, and returns focus to the trigger.
- Color contrast meets or exceeds AA ratios for text and interactive states.
- The site honours your operating-system "reduce motion" preference.
Known limitations
We are upfront about what is not yet at AA standard:
- The resume upload field has been keyboard tested but has not yet been paired-tested with a full screen-reader run. We plan a paired test before public launch.
- Some hand-drawn illustrations on the home page do not yet have long-form text alternatives. The surrounding copy carries the meaning today.
- The brand mark (the logo glyph) is decorative and is hidden from assistive technology; screen-reader users hear the wordmark text instead.
Alternative formats
If a page is hard to use with your assistive technology, we will provide the same information by email or phone. There is no charge for this. Email swapna.j@nexuspointconsultant.com with the URL and the format you need.
Report a barrier
If something on this site stops you from completing a task — applying for a role, posting a job, contacting us — please tell us. Email swapna.j@nexuspointconsultant.com with:
- The page URL.
- What you were trying to do.
- The assistive technology and browser you use, if you can share that.
We respond within 14 days, and we will tell you when the fix is shipped.
