Scope
These terms apply to anyone who visits or interacts with our website. They do not replace the signed engagement letter we sign with each employer client; that letter, where it exists, takes precedence over these terms.
Our services
Nexuspoint Consultant runs a recruitment consultancy. Through this website we publish open roles, accept applications, accept job postings from employers, accept resume submissions from candidates, and respond to general inquiries. We do not host accounts, dashboards, or paid features on this site.
Acceptable use
- Submit accurate information when filling a form. Do not impersonate someone else.
- Do not use the site to send spam, scrape data at scale, or probe for vulnerabilities.
- Do not upload files containing malware, illegal content, or material you do not have the right to share.
- Do not interfere with site availability or attempt to bypass rate limits or bot checks.
Submissions
When you submit a form (apply, post a job, upload a resume, contact), you confirm that the information is yours to share and that you have the right to submit any attached file. You grant us a limited license to use the submission only for the recruitment purposes described in our Privacy Notice.
Intellectual property
The site design, source code, copy, illustrations, and the Nexuspoint name and mark are owned by Nexuspoint Consultant or our licensors. You may share links to our pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not copy our pages, code, or branding for use on another site without written permission.
Third-party links
Some pages link to third-party services such as LinkedIn or external publications. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
Fees
Browsing the site and submitting forms is free. Recruitment fees apply only to employers under a signed engagement letter, and are payable only after a candidate we shortlisted joins the employer.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be free from errors or downtime. Open roles change frequently; check with our team before relying on a posting.
Limit of liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, Nexuspoint Consultant is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including loss of opportunity, profit, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to use of the site is limited to ₹10,000 or the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is higher.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be heard exclusively by the courts in Delhi NCR.
